Due to a disruption in the underwater sea cable, the Embassy of Switzerland in Jakarta is currently experiencing internet connectivity issues. These circumstances are beyond our control and are heavily impacting our operations, particularly our visa services.
We regret this situation and are actively working on solutions. Our head office in Bern and our partners are informed about the issue. Unfortunately, this means we are no longer able to guarantee our standard visa processing timeframe of 15 days.
